About PAO

Proud of our roots. Invested in our shared future.

We create places where Punjabi heritage is honored, shared, and woven into the rich civic life of Chicagoland.

Who we are

Culture grows stronger when it is shared.

The Punjabi American Organization (PAO) is a non-profit 501(c)(3), non-political organization dedicated to promoting Punjabi culture across the Chicagoland area. We bring Punjabi and American cultures together through cultural celebration, community service, and philanthropic programming that celebrates our roots while strengthening ties with the greater American community.
